Goes well with the chicken tikka listed in previous recipe drizzled over fresh salad
Preparation time: 5 minutes
150ml of low fat yoghurt
1/2 level tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp amchoor
1/2 level tsp of granulated artifical sweetner
2 drops of green food colouring (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
