Thursday
Scrambled Eggs with wholemeal toast (HEb)
Banana
Pear, 2 oranges
Lettuce, tomato, red pepper, sweetcorn, boiled egg, grated carrot, apple, ham and 42g (half fat) grated cheese (HEa)
Special Fried Rice: Onion, mushroom, garlic, ginger, peppers, ham, boil in bag rice, frylight, soy sauce
Bag of crisps = 5 syns

Friday
Porridge with 1 ryvita wholegrain (HEb) little bit of milk
Banana
Pear
Chicken curry with rice = 1 syns

  1. Omg, that burger looks so good. i am currently doing slimming world and have already lost 2st 9lbs, but i have lost all motivation and your blog is helping loads.

  2. Hey Louise, 2st 9lb wow. Your comment inspired me to get back on the blog :-) Although I'm no longer following the plan as I work abroad and its just not possible - I've decided this week to start tracking what I'm eating and the exercise I'm doing! Wish me luck...
